Each team member at Archdale Eyecare has your eye care experience in mind when you walk through our doors. From offering you a refreshment to making a follow up call after you leave, know that we want you to experience eyecare the way it should be. Our Doctors have the ability to care for your entire family from infants to seniors and Archdale Eyecare we treat our patients like we would treat and advise our own family members.
Dr. Ted Archdale grew up in Wisconsin and did his undergraduate work at UW Eau Claire and then his Optometry training in Chicago at the Illinois College of Optometry. Following graduation he then completed an ocular disease residency in Albuquerque New Mexico and since moving has enjoyed living in the west. Dr Archdale moved to Colorado in 1991 and started Archdale Eyecare in 1993 and has become a dedicated eye doctor with over 25 years of experience. He has excelled at fitting difficult to fit contact lens patients as well as managing eye disease, including dry eyes, cataracts and glaucoma. He and his wife have 2 adult children and enjoys the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer like fishing, hunting, skiing and hiking. His Christian beliefs bring caring and compassion to his practice of optometry. 2 Cor 5:7 “Walk by faith, not by sight.”
Dr. Harrison has been in the private practice of optometry in Colorado Springs for over 35 years. He received his doctor of optometry degree, magna cum laude, from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1979. He has been an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association for over 40 years. Dr. Harrison served on the Colorado State Board of Examiners in Optometry for 6 years and was president in 1996-97. He has participated in several eye missions to Mexico with the “Volunteers in the Service of Humanity” (VOSH), performing eye exams and dispensing glasses to those in visual need.
Dr. Harrison recently merged his Associates in Vision Care practice with Archdale Eyecare and is now working at the north office at Lexington drive. He continues to provide eye care in a family practice setting with a specialty interest in contact lenses as well as the treatment of eye disease, glaucoma, and lasik and cataract co-management.
Dr. David Bisbee is originally from Sheridan, Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming. After graduating with his Bachelor’s degree, David worked as a high school swim coach and a parts manager in the heavy equipment industry for several years before attending optometry school.
Dr. Bisbee attended optometry school at Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR. After graduating with honors in 2013, Dr. Bisbee spent one year working at a private practice in Cheyenne, WY before moving to Colorado Springs, where he worked for both a pediatric optometry clinic and ophthalmology practice.
Dr. Bisbee strives to provide a full scope of optometric care to patients of all ages, including fitting specialty contact lens, treating glaucoma, dry eye concerns and medical eye emergencies.
Dr. Bisbee is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association.
Dr. Bisbee enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters and exploring the open roads on his motorcycle.
Dr. Perri moved to Colorado Springs to join our eye care team in December 2020. After graduating from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 2012, she completed a year of residency at the VA Hospital in Newington, CT.
Following her residency she worked in a corporate optometry setting in Connecticut for seven years until choosing to move here to Colorado. Dr. Perri strives to provide a full scope of optometric care, utilizing her expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of many eye ocular conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, hypertensive and diabetic retinopathies, cataracts, and dry eye syndrome.
Outside of the office, Dr. Perri enjoys spending time with her husband and their young son, while exploring Colorado’s beautiful parks and hiking trails. She also has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is an avid dancer.
